According to PSG Inside Actus on X, PSG has shifted into high gear.

Early this July, Paris is targeting Bernardo Silva and has made its first official offer for the Portuguese midfielder currently at the Euros. “This is the first official offer that has been made for the Manchester club,” assures the source.

“This implies that Bernardo Silva has confirmed his desire to leave the Manchester club. The Parisian club did not want to make an offer until the player had spoken with his current club.” Bernardo Silva has a release clause of 58 million euros in his contract. If PSG has made an offer, it is therefore lower.

However, PSG faces competition from FC Barcelona. The player’s agent Jorge Mendes is said to have included an exception, facilitating his departure in exchange for three payments of 19 million euros each.
