Footy Headlines has unveiled Real Madrid’s away jersey for the 2024/2025 season: Kylian Mbappé will be wearing yellow.
All white at home, all yellow away. Footy Headlines has revealed the first images of Real Madrid’s away jersey for the upcoming season. And surprise, it’s yellow, with blue stripes on the sleeves and a wider stripe on each side at the hip level.
The jersey is intended as a tribute to Real Madrid’s orange jersey from ten years ago, during the 2013-2014 season. At that time, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and Carlo Ancelotti had won the club’s tenth Champions League title, since dubbed the “Decima.”
The jersey also bears some resemblance to the one worn by André-Pierre Gignac with Tigres in Mexico. Not quite the same prestige…
