Capello points out that Mbappé’s limited defensive involvement (25 years old, 8 appearances, and 5 goals in La Liga this season) complicates the work of coach Carlo Ancelotti. The Italian, who has also managed Real Madrid, emphasizes that Mbappé’s lack of contribution in defensive phases is detrimental to the team’s overall balance.
